Rightway Pharma is a company under the pharmaceutical retail industry and is passionately serving branded medicines, generic medicines, medical supplies, grocery items, and beauty products at affordable price to the community where it is located. It was established in 2013 by young entrepreneurial minds who are very passionate on their respective fields of expertise. The primary interest that motivated these young leaders in building this company is their mutual belief that the purpose of their lives is to serve the needy and to be an instrument in nurturing the lives of disadvantaged people.

In the year 2015, the company decided to prototype two more branches in order to further study the industry and to test the feasibility of its business model. One branch was launched near the Taguig-Pateros District Hospital to create strategies for future branches near a public health institution. The other branch was launched in the province of Laguna, at the town center, to create strategies for future provincial branches.

In 2018, the company established a head office to centrally handle all branches in one location. It is where the HR department, Finance Department, Merchandizing Department, and IT Department are located. Soon after this, the company launched a branch in Muntinlupa City and another branch beside a hospital in Taguig City to replicate its business model and business strategy.

It became the triggering point and the beginning of the continuous mass expansion of the company that we know now.
